钻屑回填封孔工艺在郑煤大平矿的应用与研究

摘要: 矿井瓦斯灾害是影响煤矿安全生产的重大因素之一,预抽煤层瓦斯可以有效地释放煤层中的瓦斯潜能,改变煤体本身的性质,达到消除煤层区域突出危险性的目的。为了解决郑煤集团大平煤矿井下瓦斯抽放钻孔抽采浓度低、抽放效果不达标、封孔质量差等问题,介绍了一种新型瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔工艺,即钻屑回填囊袋式带压注浆封孔方法,并对其封孔原理、封孔方法、封孔效果和封孔成本等方面进行了论述。通过与大平矿现用的聚氨酯封孔工艺相对比,在封孔效果、封孔效率、工人劳动强度等方面有了很大改善,在实验室和大平矿井下实际钻孔进行封孔注浆,得到了良好的封孔效果,为矿井提高瓦斯抽采效果提供了理论和技术支撑。

Abstract: Mine gas disaster?is?one of the major?factors?affecting?coal mine safety production,?gas pre-drainage?can effectively?release the gas?potential?in the coal seam,? the?nature of the change of coal itself,?achieve the goal of eliminating coal seam outburst danger area.In order to solve the problem of Da PingMine?Underground gas drainage borehole extraction concentration is low,the effect of non-compliance,?the sealing?quality is poor,this article introduces a new type of gas drainage hole sealing process, namely the coal powder borehole sealing technology pressure grouting hole sealing method, the hole sealing principle, method of sealing hole, hole sealing effect and hole sealing cost and so on are discussed. By polyurethane with Pacific mining active hole sealing process, the effect of hole sealing, sealing hole efficiency, workers labor intensity, etc have improved a lot,In the laboratory and the Da Ping Mine underground borehole, sealing grouting, gained good hole sealing effect, to improve mine gas extraction result provides a theoretical and technical support.
